Refunds & Returns
At Brahma Origins our commitment to you is a beautiful handcrafted, environmentally conscious and quality product which we hope you will return to time and time again. We hope you experience the same level of joy and happiness from the product as we do in the creation. We check each order before dispatch and all our candles are lovingly and carefully packed before we send them out.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return your product within 7 days for a full refund. Please contact us immediately by email and provide details of your order number. We would ask that the item(s) are not used and sent back in the original condition. We suggest that you package the goods securely and recommend the order is sent back by recorded delivery service as we will not accept responsibility for any parcels lost in transit. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund postage for unwanted goods.
Do contact us to let us know if you wish to return an order so we can look out for your return and organise a speedy refund. We can only organise a refund once we have received the items. You can of course ask for an exchange and we will be happy to send out a new order at no additional cost to you but we will need your original order back with us before we can organise an exchange.
Any refund can only be made to the original payment method and for items purchased on our online store.
INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED
In the unlikely event that you have received the incorrect item from us, do contact us immediately so this can be rectified. We would ask you to send back the incorrect item(s) within 7 days and we will happily organise an exchange and refund any postal charge for sending the goods back. Do not forget to send us your order number for reference.
RETURN OF DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS
In the unlikely event that you receive an order from us that has arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately by email. We ask that you send a photograph of the damaged/defective items. Please send the goods back within 7 days carefully packaged and once they are back us we will carefully inspect any damages before a refund is issued. If errors have occurred on our part due to damage and defect, we will happily arrange a refund in full and reimburse you for the cost of sending the goods back to us.

• details of item that you are returning
